We have been (sold a bill of goods) scammed for what is needed for health since I learned the canada's food guide in the late 50's? YES! Lots of Vegetables and protein and good breakfast were great but I wonder when TV dinners got linked in a good choice. TV and its fast meals led to our decline in health. I studied nutrition in my Home Economics because along with design I thought food could be GOOD to build our body but also BEAUTIFUL. Hell, I was adding a slice of tomato and PARSLEY to add colour to a brown white plate!!
Do you understand have seen the whole evolution from great ideas of the 60's to the hell of now? A work of art on my plate just shows how SHALLOW and plastic we have become. It is ridiculous! There are so many struggling people and homeless through NO fault of their own .. and you can go and spend 100$ on plate that will be eaten in 15 minutes. I would love to experience that too, but I hope we have shared our good fortune and not said "well that homeless guy should have worked harder." Sorry at my age I could easily murder that kind of NON human. Except SHOCKINGLY they are all over my Nursing home scam. WE seriously need a senior UPCHARGE! NO MORE SENIOR DISCOUNTS!!

ORDER is what religion, government or kings arectryingto create. But they use POWER to CONTROL and have lost their HUMAN Focus.
ORDER .. we need to build a REAL Order SYSTEM! Replace "TOP DOWN" with "BOTTOM UP" or WIN/ WIN.
All the bigger societies use TOP DOWN order or POWER AND CONTROL of the little guy! We can EACH take responsibility of our local SYSTEM and just link in each larger layer until we have the base religion or country. All those things are simply efforts for ORDER. If each person "BEHAVES" like a HUMAN should .. FAIR and decent .. caring about OTHERS before simply the SELF .. then why would we need police? And we would be healthy without the contrived NONSENSE of "progress" profit systems. Is Progress NOW .. nothing but a new "profit system" and hopeful power of monopoly? Even 60 years ago there was still invention with the common good in mind. But as our brains got more shallow (STUPID!) we saw only tiny sources ofPROFIT instead of big inventions that ACTUALLY were for the good fall HUMANS.
ORDER .. = BASIC FAIRNESS. I contribute to our HUMAN FAMILY and HOME but I also receive FAIR in return. RES-OCRACY .. PERSONAL RESpect for ALL! plus RESponsibility for our shared RESOURCES .. is a far better SYSTEM than greed capitalism and DUMBOCRACY. You can have your billions, but NONE of us should be starving or sickened by your poison greed! Be greedy and half human but we will not tolerate FAIR for everyone. Basic food shelter and a bit of fun is deserving to all humans. In return we will CONTRIBUTE our talents and skills to our common and greater good. Everyone has SPECIAL to share. But we QUIT with the "I am special" crap. You are just a human like each of us .. your ONLY special is what you contribute to make ALL our lives better

I think I would be right because even in the Great Depression, life was better! You had family, neighbours, community and you banded together to help each other. Today this NORMAL is all DISCONNECT. Back then penniless you sat on the tenement steps and had fun together. Sure there were no Taylor Swift grand concerts or bars with 15$ ART drinks .. but what do we have to endure in lost TRUST and HOPE to get these outlandishly ever more grand (whatever) MORE excessive things we fixate on??
Hope is seeing the possibility for better. What will make things better today? A I will take all our jobs and destroy the last of our ability to trust ANYTHING. If we REVOLT and create a NEW ORDER SYSTEM, a FAIR system ORDER in life (the expectation of FAIR and NORMAL) we can again hope for a secure enjoyable life. Personally I began with an outhouse and party line crank wooden phone on the wall. I seriously would rather have that hard work but more peaceful life. Yes we had just gotten over a war .. but if only we took modern conveniences with MODERATION balancing NORMAL so we would not eend up with completely UN NATRUAL LIVES. our life is now UN natural WEIRD. Driving in driverless cars might be safer than a driver found on his SCREEN .. BUT did we blink an eye when Taxi medallion owners in NYC commit suicide outside the mayor's house. Nah we were busy on Facebook or whatever. We are to shallow and selfish STUPID and mean to exist. I wonder if end times might come vs the SLOW zombiifcation I see. I would laugh so hard if hell was just flames we kind of deserve. But that is always not FAIR .. because the evil a DESTROYED our brain is who our rage should affect. Just like vandalizing Jewish biz or school is stupid. It is Netanyahu and his soldiers are the EVIL .. not those who adhere to a religion. Are we Canadians evil when Trudeau does some BAD stuff. WE have no control .. why I call it DUMBOCRACY.

SECURITY creates a FEELING of the NORMALCY of ORDER in life. With a feeling of SECURITY, you can do more as a HUMAN, than focus on ONLY what you need to survive. You can ALLOW your brain to WANDER where all great things come from! You can THINK .. wonder, be curious, consider new ideas and CONNECTIONS! With secure feeling of SAFETY, you can be creative, which is where all great ideas and inventions come from. New connections create new plans and designs. But we can only CONNECT people and IDEAS when we have TIME to breathe! Our LACK of security has destroyed all real invention these last decades! When you constantly feel you are one big problem from homeless there is no ability to BUILD HUMAN INTELLIGENCE! Is Security the basis for HOPE and possibility? Your brain is still OPEN to imagine BETTER? Security consists of ..
- INCOME or ability to feel shelter, food (and even some FUN) will be there in FUTURE
2) STABILITY in Life
STABILITY creates a FEELING of ORDER. Remember the AIM the entire goal of our NEW SYSTEM is to create ORDER .. not same old "power and control". If ALIENS run our world (preferable to PURE EVIL), Then when nothing is STABLE, when nothing can be trusted to occur, and be REGULAR somewhat ROUTINE our mind is still IMBALANCED and we can not contemplate new creative things. An APP for alerting ONE thing or a QR for people (too lazy to THIINK of a website and TYPE it!!) .. these are not new inventions! These are stupid little NONSENSE conveniences while the REAL QUALITY of life slips away!! Stability ROUTINE, RITUAL and TRADITION are OBLIGATORY for Toal HUMAN Health. we have destroyed every single one!
- ROUTINE .. even worse than loss of RITUAL, loss of a ROUTINE PHYSICAL LIFE .. actually destroys our PHYSICAL health as well as EMOTIONAL HEALTH. Would you rathe be SAD, angry and frustrated?? .. or joyful, feeling helpful and secure. Add .. re importance of GOOD emotion . Even if you have to work overnice .. with a ROUTINE your body can adjust. What I see happening with minimum wage actually looks like the PURPOSE is to destroy young people's health. - RITUAL .. Asked how someone's weekend was. They said they went to a graduation. I could DIVERGE as usual and RANT about a new idiocy but I will attempt to stay on track. (some stupid "graduation" from finger paint 1 to 2 class etc etc? 🙈) sorry .. look at the DATE, mid Oct! What the hell graduation?? In my life graduation of university was in May and High school in June. PERIOD! But life began to DECAY as I was in University in the late 60's! They began semesters SUPPOSEDLY to give us more options to PAY for increasing TUITION. All of a sudden graduation time was no longer something to look forward to but all over .. NO SPECIAL time and ATTENTION. Everything is confusing because nothing is NORMAL. Change is great when it IMPROVES Human life. I am beginning to think all change is a PRETENSE to help us but the real goal is to create DISOREDER and CONFUSION. An off babnce mass of sheep will behave. They can not organize REVOLT when their life is not balanced and all is confusion. The Family dinner RITUAL is gone because everyone works ERRATICALLY. We never asked for stores open 7 days! But for them, they believed they could profit more.

WE/ US in NORMAL humans came FIRST! Primitive people lived for millenia. Like animals they were DECENT to each other. Humans are no longer decent .. some of the things we do to each other .. NO ANIMAL EVER DOES. They eat smaller animals but so do we .. even bigger!! Seriously I would rather someone eat me, than make me sick and feeling terrible like our heath "care" system does. Disease named drug prescribed that usually does nothing but make THEM a lot of profit. Gluten inflames our problem areas. Do you know how much pain arthritis is? Yet when I quit gluten it is GONE!! That is pure evil. Did they KNOW what they were doing when thy created sliced bread with "enriched" flour? The evil chain of TWISTING is quite fascinating .. if not so satanic.
so to get the 9 factors of health we must FIRST change our SELF focus back to the common and greater good FIRST in amll our behaviour. That is where civility in the moment comes for and thoughtfulness toward neighbours and THEN BUSINESSES THAT PAY FAIR TAXES and DO NOT POISON OUR HUMAN FAMILY AND HOME.

I was just thinkng how family businesses do not do the EVIL .. they think of their neighbours and BEHAVE like decent HUMANS.
